Djokovic and Jelena Jankovic at Hopman Cup
First victory on Sunday 30 December 2007 was very hard for both, Jelena and Nole. Jelena Jankovic won first match vs Su-Vei Hsieh with 2:0 (6:4, 6:4). Novak Djokovic played vs #110 Jen-Hsun Lua and won 2:1 (7:5, 2:6, 6:3). Novak had problems so had to ask for medical help but he succeed to overcome his rival. In doubles, winner of Asian Hopman Cup started very superior 4:1, then 6:3. Djokovic and Jankovic returned with 6:2 and 10:8 in third set.
